Today is Mother's Day. My sister has 6 beautiful, funny & smart kiddos (and an adorable new grandson). As a result she has 19 years of experience in mommying. It's so reassuring having her around for my newbie daddy questions and qualms.
Lucy's MEE-maw came to bless Lucy with some grandmotherly love and care. She has been here for 2 days and has been cleaning tirelessly. Her Ricardo fandom rivals my grandmother's, my mom's and my sister's. We've watched a ton of episodes on TV Land this weekend. It's nice to reconnect with one of my childhood favorites. One day y'all have to read this article about what a remarkable entertainment business innovator Lucille Ball (and Desi Arnaz) was (were).
