We had a great day of bonding while Glen was out on the road. She was full of giggles and had me read LOTS of books. After she brings me a book, she turns herself around and sits in my lap... I love that.
I am trying to teach her to say Hola. She hasn't said it yet, but today she waved when I would say it. I think she understands its meaning.
My favorite time with her was when we were looking at her blog just before bedtime. She held on to my shoulder, laid her head down and gave out a couple of yawns. It's not often these days that I get to have a calm sleepy little girl in my arms. She's either very awake or somewhat asleep. What a sweet way to end the day
Oh... if her hair looks like it is in her eyes, it is. I can't bring myself to cut it. We use bows when going out, but she plays so hard during the day that they don't stay in. I don't know if I will ever be ready for her first haircut.
